CCM Servicing Consultant (12704)
Description
Working as part of a national team to support the External Consultants by being pro-actively involved in the facilitation, administration and implementation, of intermediary client requests. All underpinned by service excellence to clients at all touch points.
Key Responsibilities
New Business:
• Assisting in compiling new business presentation packs for the sales consultants as well as tracking new business applications received from the sales consultants
• Processing approved new business application including CRM (RADAR), FICA,FATCA/CRS, credit checks of firms and individuals, and facilitating the application of new users through the MUA process.
Handling and supporting any administrative queries around CCM:
• First point of contact for any administrative/technical/process/system related queries with a view of first call resolution
• Building relationships with clients and administrators
• Telephonically hand holding intermediaries through queries and processes with a strong understanding of the CCM system
• Facilitating the guarantee process in partnership with the national guarantee team
• Updating client information on CRM/RADR and Shared drive as well as internal procedures
• Managing and taking ownership of the annual review process by assisting with queries and follow ups to meet national deadlines
• Working closely with the AML (Anti Money Laundering) team with regards to daily requests for their investigations and liaising with clients to obtain relevant information when necessary
• Building relationships and liaising with the Operations team on any complex queries
• Processing forex deals and liaising closely with the forex team with regards to requirements and progress of a forex transaction
Partnering with the External Consultant:
• Building strong relationships with the EC's in order to deliver to the client, and keeping them informed on resolution as well as progress of queries
Training:
• Setting up and co-ordinating training sessions, training new intermediaries as well as ad-hoc training for new users and processes
• Training updates when system or processes are enhanced
Qualification, Experience and Skills
- Relevant Tertiary Degree
- 2 - 3 years relevant experience
- Broad understanding of banking processes
