Your CA(SA) path begins with a single step. Become deeply invested in your career, apply for the Investec CA Programme 2028 intake before 30 September 2026.

Our CA Pathfinder exposure programme is part of our Out of the Ordinary recruitment process, where you will have the opportunity to gain an understanding of the Investec culture, our CA Programme and the world of banking. You will also network and build relationships as part of your recruitment journey. 

Who can apply?

Students in their final year of undergraduate degree, studying towards a CA(SA) at a SAICA-accredited university. This includes proficiency in AI-enabled productivity tools, such as Copilot, to improve efficiency, generate insight and support decision-making, while applying critical thinking and sound judgement when interpreting outputs and remaining accountable for the quality and accuracy of their work.

How to apply:

You will be required to submit and upload all the documents listed below. Please ensure you have these available before beginning the application:

1. CV
2. Copy of ID (front and back if ID card)
3. Matric certificate
4. Academic transcripts (all studies to date including mid-year results)
5. Headshot of yourself
6. Work permit (where relevant)
