We require a self-starting adept individual with a strong financial analysis background and relationship building skills. Experience in property & property related transactions would be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Financial modelling
• Analysis of financial statements
• Support and assist External Consultants
• Credit Pack preparation and assisting with credit presentation
• Support structuring of deals/transactions
• Support and assist Internal Consultants
• Collection of relevant client documentation
• Networking with clients to build relationships
• Assisting with deal implementation and ongoing client management of deals
• Understanding the Risk Return relationship in the Banking context

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

CA(SA) / Bcom Finance or Accounting Honors/ Bachelor of Science in Property Studies

• High level MS Office, Excel skills Post graduate finance related qualification
• Good interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships
• Ensure all business rules and compliance regulations are carried out
• Collating of information for ad-hoc projects
• Provide an exceptionally high level of service
• Ability to understand and manage complex transactions
• Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders regarding the closing of deals
• Financially astute
• High attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Team player, good communication skills and resilience
• Self-motivated / self-reliant / self-starter
• Work well under pressure
• Passion/Energy/Enthusiasm
• Broad understanding of banking processes

• Proficiency in using AI-enabled productivity tools, such as Copilot, to improve efficiency, generate insight and support decision-making. The candidate applies critical thinking and sound judgement when interpreting outputs and remains accountable for the quality and accuracy of their work.
