Description

Responsible for receiving, capturing and vetting a client's BBF assets typically being debtors and stock.

The result

Main responsibilities

•    Review and finalise BBF calculations relating to debtors and/or stock.
•    Maintain Customer Categorization.
•    Reconciliation of Debtors book movement. 
•    Transaction sampling of invoices, proofs of delivery and credit notes.
•    Maintain and monitor BBF trends and triggers. 
•    Vetting client bank accounts to ensure debtor receipts are paid into BBF. 
•    Escalate concerns internally and request shortfall cures from clients.
•    Update and maintain administration of information.
•    Cape-town office based.

Experience, skill and capability

Education | Knowledge

•    Strong analytical skills – esp. Microsoft Excel at an advanced level (e.g. vlookups, pivot tables, IF, OR, AND etc.) – ability to sort through large raw data and extract key information.
•    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
•    Ability to work under pressure and go above and beyond to achieve required outcomes.
•    Team Player/Strong people skills (interacting with colleagues and clients)
•    Very accurate and strong attention to detail.
•    Advantageous: 
o    Exposure to debtor management and/or credit insurance industry.
o    Finance & accounting knowledge
o    Banking fundamentals knowledge
