Brand Manager - Private Client HNW (12120)

Description

The Western Cape Private Client team is seeking an experienced Brand Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience and a proven track record of execution and consistent career growth. The successful candidate will be a hardworking and adaptable professional who, while not necessarily having extensive financial services experience, is ready to hit the ground running.

In this role, you will manage complex marketing project deliverables, primarily across TTL, direct, and digital channels. You will work collaboratively with team members, business stakeholders, and external agencies in a collegiate environment. We are seeking a self-starter who can demonstrate a strong history in brand management, where execution and high-quality creative output are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

In addition to delivering on the Private Client strategic objectives, you will support the following areas:

•    Act as a strategic partner to high-net-worth (HNW) banking and wealth management in the Western Cape.
•    Identify proactive opportunities through a deep understanding of the business and budget.
•    Execute co-created strategies, driving output from inception to completion.
•    Support HNW wealth managers and bankers in retaining and acquiring new clients.
•    Collaborate and integrate with national bank and wealth marketing teams.


Required Qualifications and Experience

•    Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Marketing or a related field
•    Start-up experience is advantageous.
•    Minimum of 5 years in brand marketing.
•    At least 3 years of experience working in the Western Cape.
•    Proven track record of executional excellence and creativity.
•    Strong general marketing knowledge coupled with business acumen.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong team player.

•    Manage the production of collateral, content, and advertising to the standard of "Out of the Ordinary."
•    Monitor and analyse commercial and marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
•    Prepare regular performance and market trend reports for senior leadership team.

Additional Note:

Extensive travel within the region will be required.
