Collections Product Owner (11802)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to lead our Debit Order Collections team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our debit order collection system for commercial banking clients, ensuring it meets the needs of our users and stakeholders. This role requires previous experience in implementing debit order systems, with a deep understanding of financial systems, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and communicate the vision and strategy for the debit order collection product.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed and prioritized according to business value and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring the product meets their needs.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting debit order collections.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors involved in the debit order collection process.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of debit order collections and financial systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum and Jira.
Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced degree or certification in Product Management or related field.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to debit order collections.

Working Conditions
