Global Securities Operations Specialist (IBSAG) (13733)

Description

To ensure accurate, timely and compliant management of securities and market data, while supporting regulatory reporting and operational processes. The role requires strong attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple jurisdictions in a high-performance environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of core system data, including setup and approval of new financial products.
  • Monitor FX rates and pricing data daily, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Support internal stakeholders by responding to data-related queries and providing insights.
  • Maintain and update LTVs and other key data points.
  • Refine and maintain process documentation and guidelines to improve efficiency.
  • Implement and manage changes to data within systems.
  • Produce and support local and international transaction reporting and regulatory submissions.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks including FIDLEG and MiFID requirements.
  • Act as a central contact point for queries related to data and reporting.
  • Perform data comparison, security reconciliation, and cash reconciliation activities.
  • Support private equity reconciliation and pricing processes.
  • Compile transactional data for reporting purposes (e.g. ERRF).
  • Collaborate with team members and support cross-training initiatives.
  • Participate in projects and act as a subject matter expert where required.

 

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • Strong MS Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data effectively
  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions is advantageous.
  • Wealth management or financial services experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent legal/regulatory background in the area of private banking and wealth management as well as sound knowledge of financial products and services
  • Relevant qualification to the role.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality assurance and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Proactive mindset with strong initiative and drive.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance, high-expectation environment.
