Internal Consultant Asset Finance (13754)
Description
The Internal Consultant will be responsible for the facilitation and administration of client deals through partnership with the Account Executive, Sales Consultants, Legal and Credit teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist Relationship Manager (RM)/Sales Consultant with maintaining of the primary client records as well as related parties, ensure maintenance tasks are logged via the onboarding team
• Assist the RM in obtaining all financial and FICA information from existing clients, where FICA is older than a year
• Collate and create electronic client/deal file
• Build good relationship with sales teams
• Assist Compliance on any statutory requirements
• Liaise with clients, insurance companies, and equipment/vehicle suppliers to obtain the relevant documents to facilitate a transaction
• Understand and calculate financial payment plans
• Generate standard agreements and supporting documents specific to transactions
• Prepare general correspondence required i.e. Release notes etc. including the follow through with client/supplier
• Assist clients with all enquiries post approval of facility
• Ensure all outstanding documents are received timeously
• Provide a high sense of client service and operate professional and efficiently with external and internal stakeholders
• Review of record of securities
• Follow up on outstanding documents post payout
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Technical:
• Asset Finance experience is a prerequisite
• Related qualification
• Risk consciousness
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong verbal and written communication
