Medical Operations Consultant (11967)

Description of the role 

To take responsibility for the daily processing, reporting, and facilitating medical appointments which enables the company to deliver on its operational requirements and to deliver its services to clients.

Description of the skill and experience required 

•    Enable day-to-day delivery of client processes, including:
o    Calling clients to schedule medical tests
o    Arranging appointments with the medical service provider or medical practitioner
o    Following up on outstanding medical tests
o    Communicating and provide feedback to clients and business stakeholders
•    Daily interaction with service providers, both internal and outsourced.
•    Employ technology, controls, processes, and systems that ensure the efficient delivery of services with minimal risk of operational breakdown or loss 
•    Manage service provider response turnaround times
•    Maintenance of client reporting and effective resolution of service-related queries and complaints
•    Preparation of daily and monthly reporting and the compilation of management information and reporting where required
•    Through training and self-learning must maintain thorough knowledge of products, processes, and systems developments involvement in change and testing processes

Education, skills & specialist knowledge required

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Three to five years' experience in an admin role
  • Three to five years' experience within a client facing role.
